We need cleaning families for the summer months.
We are currently preparing a collection of music with an Independence Day theme. They will hopefully be available next Sunday. Our thanks to the Campeau’s for getting this together. Lisa will be recuperating from her surgery next Sunday so we have prepared the service ahead of time. Because of Amy’s surgery she is also unable to be here today. Be in prayer for her. Greg, Ruth and the grandkids are heading to Missouri today, so please pray for them.

Shoe Shopping
A man walks into a shoe store, and tries on a pair of shoes. "How do they feel?" asks the sales clerk. "Well they feel a bit tight," replies the man. The assistant promptly bends down and has a look at the shoes and at the man's feet. "Try pulling the tongue out," the clerk says. "Well, theyth sthill feelth a bith tighth."

Today’s Sunday School Lesson
The Life of Elisha: II Kings 4 The Widow’s Oil
A widow of one of the sons of the prophets was in debt and her two sons about to be taken from her and sold by her creditors, as by law they had power to do (Lev. 25:39). She implored the prophet’s assistance. Inquiring into her circumstances he learned that she had nothing but a pot of oil. This Elisha caused (In his absence, II Kings 4:5) to multiply until the widow had filled with it all the vessels she could borrow.

Today’s Sermon
