Sunday's worship service was a rock and roll lovefest as usual. Don't forget anyone who wants a cookbook can email us through this blog and we'll email you and get you one. We received a call from a lady in Biloxi MS that wanted one. She found out about the cookbook through another blog, so huzzah and hurrah for Bernideen's blog!

A local church that is Baptist in doctrine and unaffiliated with any national denomination. We have been worshiping the Lord since our forming in 1988. Some of our members have fellowshiped in this and a previous church for over 50 years. We are families who have come together to try to worship the Lord in spirit and in truth. We support 3 missionaries and try to help as many as we can while pursuing our prime directive as a church to teach the gospel and train followers of Christ. We welcome the utilization of the best translations of the Bible (we are not KJV-only) by each individual believer since each believer has the right to choose for himself in the freedom with which Christ has given.

The Music of Heaven, sung by Pastor Greg Chandler and church pianist extraordinaire Lisa Heald is now available. Pastor Greg and Lisa have recorded some favorite songs as we anticipate our eternal home in heaven. What a day of rejoicing that will be!

We also have church cookbooks available with our favorite recipes from the great cooks of our church. If you're a Baptist church it's in the Statement of Faith that you have to have a lot of potlucks, and therefore you have great cooks.
